PHILIPPINE-RN members DO abide by all applicable international, Federal, state, and local laws with regard to the operation of their businesses.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO NOT engage in illegal restraint of trade, unfair competition, or violation of anti-trust laws and DO promote free and fair competition among members.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO NOT defame clients, candidates, or competitors.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO preserve all proprietary information relating to business of their clients.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO actively avoid misrepresenting a candidate's skills or experience.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO NOT misrepresent a candidate's pay rate, contract terms, assignment duration, or other subjects pertinent to the business relationship.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO NOT have unreasonable non-competition clauses or unfairly prevent a candidate from pursuing other opportunities.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO refrain from soliciting employees of their own active clients.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO NOT induce candidates to breach or improperly interfere with contracts.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO have a clear policy for payment of consulting, marketing and recruiting.
PHILIPPINE-RN members DO comply with clients' established business practices including those policies relating to gifts and gratuities to client employees.
