The steps in our process are as follows:
- We meet with you to discuss our
assignment from you in some detail.
- We further communicate with you
to gain a comprehensive understanding of skills,
experience, personal attributes and the qualities
in the candidate you are seeking.
- We conduct a pre-selection activities,
including, but not limited to, screening of applicants
during face to face meetings, resulting in a list
of candidates for you to interview.
- We provide you with details of
the credentials of the candidates deemed qualified
for the job you are offering.
- We then schedule the interviews
between the candidates in whom you are interested
and you.
- Following the interviews, we can,
if required, perform, on your behalf, independent
reference checks of selected candidates.
- We facilitate the employment offer
and acceptance process between you and the selected
candidates, including, assistance with negotiations.
- After the successful candidates
have commenced employment with you, we remain in
contact to monitor the employees' performance and
other factors.
